A native of the UK, Alice re-located back home to London in 2015 after more than two decades of experience as a marketing and product leader in Silicon Valley.

Upon returning to London in 2015, Alice worked as a consulting CMO for a London-based Private Equity firm, advising portfolio companies.
She then became CMO at Europe’s leading technology venture capital firm, Balderton Capital. In that role, Alice built the marketing function from scratch, oversaw all Balderton’s marketing efforts and supported the firm’s startup portfolio.
Prior to Balderton, Alice was co-founder and C-team member of Silicon Valley startups funded by Kleiner Perkins, NEA, and Sequoia Capital. She was CMO at startups acquired by Symantec, News Corporation and Green Dot Corporation and led teams and product launches at Apple Computer UK.
Alice is also a founding partner of Florence Venture Partners, a Palo Alto-based seed and angel investment firm.
Today, Alice is focused on consulting work for Lankester Engineering clients, as well as advisory work with community activism campaigns, charities and local political groups.
